Hi, I’m Lauren! Founder of BARGO Beauty.
Before I was ever the person giving spray tans, I was the girl who couldn’t live without one. My love for sunless tanning started over a decade ago, long before BARGO was even an idea. What began with experimenting with self-tanning lotions and body makeup at home eventually led me to working in tanning salons throughout college. When I moved to Nashville, I started spray tanning friends out of my apartment, and along the way, I fell in love with the artistry behind it all.
Over the years, I’ve continued refining my technique, researching ingredients, exploring solutions, and developing an experience that feels as good as the results look. Beyond all of the appointments - the connections have been what lights me up. I’ve had conversations with clients stemming from weddings, vacations, career changes, relationships, big dreams, and everything in between. I love hearing what people are excited about, what they’re working toward, and what’s happening in their lives. I never wanted BARGO to feel like a transactional beauty appointment. I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner.
My vision for BARGO doesn’t end with spray tans - behind the scenes, I’ve been working on original product concepts that address real gaps in the sunless tanning experience. Thoughtfully designed products that solve problems, simplify routines, and introduce a new approach to an industry I’ve come to know so well. There’s still a lot of work ahead, but the possibility of bringing something new into the world, something that began as an idea from my own experience, is one of the most exciting parts of building BARGO. I want people to feel good about themselves and the lives they’re creating. I want them to recognize their own beauty, trust themselves a little more, and feel confident enough to go after whatever it is they want.
